Laura Blumenstiel
Founding Attorney
Since graduating from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 1997, I have been dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate the complexities of estate planning, probate, and elder law. After beginning my career at a large law firm, I returned to Columbus to focus on building a practice centered on providing personalized and compassionate legal solutions.
I specialize in estate planning, including complex trusts, Medicaid planning, and spend downs, as well as probate administration. I understand that these matters often arise during difficult times, and I strive to provide not only sound legal advice but also unwavering support. My goal is to help my clients achieve peace of mind by thoroughly explaining every step of the process and crafting creative solutions tailored to their unique needs.
Outside of my practice, I am a proud mother to two wonderful daughters and an active advocate for animal rescue, often fostering dogs in need. I’m also a beekeeper, gardener, photographer, chicken mom and avid reader, and I love cheering on the Ohio State Buckeyes. I also serve on the Delaware Morrow Mental Health and Recovery Services Board, where I pursue my passion for making mental health services available to all.
With over 25 years of experience, I am grateful for the opportunity to spend my days helping clients protect their assets, care for their loved ones, and find clarity in challenging times.

Her calm demeanor sets people at ease, and her incredible work ethic makes putting together estate plans for our clients a streamlined and efficient process. She is also a very talented artist, which you will see when you visit our office, as her art adorns many of our walls.

Jadina is our probate paralegal specialist, whose attention to detail is only exceeded by her dedication to maintaining close working relationships with our clients. She is working on her Master's degree when she is not working, and plans to attend law school in fall 2026.
